This is the time of year to reflect on the love that was born of this season. At Birthright we provide love and compassion to pregnant women in crisis. 

With your support & generosity we’ve been able to help women like Ashleigh who found out she was pregnant while trying to free herself from an abusive situation. Her mentor offered her a comforting shoulder to lean on, provided her with free maternity clothes and worked to connect her with the resources she needed to bring her baby into this world in safety.

We not only provide love, we foster hope… Hope in the pregnant mom, in her future, and in the life she is carrying. We could not reach and serve the number of vulnerable pregnant women we do without the generosity of our faithful friends like you.

Your contributions make it possible to:

  • Provide a safe haven for pregnant girls to find assistance
  • Help clients access local resources to meet their immediate needs
  • Offer mentorship & follow-up through the baby’s 1st birthday
  • Host client luncheons with area guest speakers
  • Outfit our maternity and infant clothing closets
  • Stock emergency formula and diapers

Your support is instrumental in reaching the many women within our community who are in need…  To show them there is a place with people who truly care, a program where focus is on growth through positive change, and an agency centered on true service to our clients, avoiding politics & religion and approaching women with love.

How You Can Help

Birthright is always looking for volunteers who have the capacity to love and the desire to help. Perhaps this is the ministry for you!

Donations of baby & maternity clothes, diapers and formula are always welcome.

Birthright participates in the United Way, Donor Option #206. See your employer for a United Way donor form. Some employers also offer Matching Gift Programs and it is a wonderful way to double your Birthright contribution.

Remember us when you shop— we have an account with Amazon Smile where you can designate Birthright Rochester to receive a portion of your purchase.

Some of our donors make a monthly or quarterly donation, some a sizeable annual gift. You can contribute via PayPal, just Click & Go!

Birthright is non-political and interdenominational and has been helping pregnant women in crisis in Rochester since 1971.

Please help us spread the word that our mission is about love. We enable her to call upon her own resources, and those within our community to bring her baby to term and continue her own life with dignity and self respect.

All our staff is volunteer. 

You can help our community’s pregnant women in need 

  •  mentors to touch the lives of those in crisis
  •  social media, newsletters (most can be done from home)
  • administrative assistants to help with mailings, resource updates, etc.
